Making an appointment:

Pleasecallour office listed in the Contact Us section of this website to make an appointment. Our staff will assist you in selecting your appointment. The receptionist will gather preliminary information and will help you schedule a convenient date and time to see one of our physicians. We ask that you bring, or have your referring physician send, any medical records or test results related to your condition. In addition, we will need the names and dosages of all medications you are currently taking. Please be sure to bring your insurance card(s) to each appointment. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Arriving for an appointment:

Please arrive 30 minutes ahead of the appointment time, so the receptionist can review your patient information. The physician will usually see you in a timely manner, but emergencies or other unforeseeable events may occasionally cause delays.

The physician and nurses will review your medical history, and a pertinent physical exam will be performed. After this is completed, the physician will discuss his evaluation of your condition with you. Patients are encouraged to ask questions throughout their visit.
