COMMUNICATION

To us, patient service means quality care and open communication. Nothing is more frustrating than being misinformed or uninformed about your own or your child's treatment. Therefore, every appointment includes personal time with one of our clinical assistants to discuss with the patient and parent the orthopaedic procedures and treatment progress.

To make certain that we are meeting the needs of our patients and their families, we encourage feedback throughout the treatment process. Our goal is continual improvement and patient feedback is one way we can achieve that goal. We are always happy to answer any questions that you may have or discuss any concerns.
