Please be reminded that your coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company and that the ultimate responsibility for payment lies with you. It is essential that you know and understand your insurance benefits. Please inform our office of any changes to your coverage as soon as possible.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, United, Aetna and other major plans. We welcome you to contact us and confirm that we are in-network for your specific health insurance plan.
If we are out-of-network with your insurance plan, or you are uninsured, we offer a variety of convenient options to pay for your care.
We encourage patients with questions regarding their medications or prescriptions to call during our regular office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). If you are calling off-hours, please have the pharmacy telephone number ready for the physician.
Longview Orthopaedic Clinic will not fill prescriptions after office hours. Please call during business hours for all refills.
